Versace is hiring a Sales Associate in Oakridge, BC. Full-time luxury retail role with hourly pay CAD 22–25.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service to clientele, building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across collections and communicate brand heritage and product features to clients.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure presentation, replenishment and store floor plans meet brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using the store POS system and adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities, including receiving, stock accuracy and loss-prevention protocols.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support store operations and peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience, preferably 1–2 years in luxury, designer or premium brands.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and delivering a client-focused experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with a polished professional demeanour.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
- Right to work in Canada.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion house, with demonstrated achievement of sales targets and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in fashion, retail or business preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Oakridge, British Columbia, Canada, with easy access to Vancouver.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 22 to CAD 25 per hour.
