Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador by providing exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
  • Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
  • Meet and exceed client data capture targets
  • Create and foster genuine client relationships to achieve core KPIs including sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
  • Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product repair or maintenance coordination
  • Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining existing accounts
  • Open and close consignments
  • Process returns and exchanges
  • Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
  • Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
  • Handle client repairs and advise on product fit and suitability

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Full understanding of specialty retail and effective clienteling techniques
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality with entrepreneurial and sales-focused mindset
