Versace Sales Associate position in Neumünster, Germany. Part-time luxury retail role focused on client relationship management and sales achievement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business development
  • Build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management through effective communication and brand ambassadorship
  • Master brand and product knowledge whilst employing sophisticated selling techniques to satisfy customer needs
  • Maximize sales opportunities across all product categories and implement the Retail Excellence Program
  • Deliver superlative customer service standards and the ultimate Versace experience to ensure customer loyalty
  • Capture and manage customer data to maintain long-term client relationships and participate in in-store promotional events
  • Manage stock and backroom operations including goods receiving, transferring, stock take, and reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
  • Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence and fashion expertise
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
