Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace client experience by building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers, including VIP clientele.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities across all product categories to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Execute clienteling and CRM activities: capture customer data, maintain follow-up actions and support in‑store and promotional events.
- Collaborate with store management to implement the Retail Excellence Program and local community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards and support VM set-ups.
- Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stocktakes and accurate reporting.
- Communicate effectively with peers and management to drive results and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and regular use of email for client communication.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver elevated customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional client‑facing demeanour.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands‑on retail experience; prior experience in luxury apparel or boutique environments and working with VIP or repeat clientele is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or related field preferred.
