Versace is hiring a Sales Associate in Munich to deliver luxury client service, drive sales and manage CRM for the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, including VIP clientele, to drive client acquisition and long-term loyalty.
  • Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories through consultative selling and upselling.
  • Continuously develop brand and product knowledge and apply advanced selling techniques to meet individual customer needs.
  • Execute CRM activities: capture customer data, maintain customer records, and proactively follow up to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Support organisation and delivery of in-store and promotional events and manage boutique community outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure exemplary store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand directives and contribute to VM set-ups.
  • Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock take and timely reporting while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills including operation of a retail sales system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a discerning clientele.
  • High-energy, outgoing demeanour with an entrepreneurial drive to deliver measurable sales results.

Experience

At least two years of hands-on retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, demonstrating a track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or tertiary education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
