Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers to maximise sales and customer loyalty.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and category management.
  • Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, both during and after the sale.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM to support clienteling and personalised outreach.
  • Support in-store promotional activities and community outreach programs to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Ensure front- and back-of-house operational duties are met: goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement and stocktaking.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards and participate in VM set-ups.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to implement the Retail Excellence Program and other corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven selling ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient computer skills including operation of a retail sales system, Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in client-facing contexts.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with resilience and the ability to perform in a high‑paced environment.

Experience

At least 2+ years of hands-on retail experience, ideally within a luxury fashion boutique or comparable high-end retail environment, with demonstrated success in client development and sales performance.
