Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Develop and demonstrate mastery of brand and product knowledge to effectively advise customers
- Capture customer data and proactively maintain long-term client relationships through the CRM system
- Act as brand ambassador to build relationships with new customers and VIP clientele, delivering elevated customer experience during and after the sale
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and team members
- Organize and participate in in-store and promotional events to enhance customer engagement
- Implement and manage the boutique's community outreach program to cultivate active social relationships with clients
- Ensure stock and backroom are effectively managed; execute goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, arrangement, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives; participate in VM set-up
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Elevated customer service mindset with genuine passion for fashion and sales
- Ability to drive results in a high-paced, dynamic environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of professional retail experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in building customer relationships, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or customer service certifications preferred.
