Versace Sales Associate
Versace in Metzingen seeks a Sales Associate to drive sales, clienteling and store operations at the outlet boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and consultative selling.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers through personalised follow-up and CRM activity.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, including during and after-sale service to drive loyalty.
- Support boutique operations: goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts, backroom organisation and reporting.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups and in-store events.
- Capture and update customer data consistently in the CRM; assist in planning and executing promotional events and community outreach.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive commercial results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Good organisational skills and attention to store operational procedures and visual standards.
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and basic office software (Word, Excel, email).

Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales, ideally within luxury fashion; demonstrable clienteling and CRM experience, plus exposure to visual merchandising and stock control.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or a fashion-related qualification is advantageous.
