Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and management through effective communication and brand ambassadorship
- Deliver the Versace customer experience with superlative service standards before, during, and after sale
- Capture customer data and proactively manage long-term client relationships through CRM initiatives
- Participate in in-store and promotional events, community outreach programs, and client engagement activities
- Ensure stock, backroom, and inventory are effectively managed, including goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, and operational reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
- Continuously increase brand and product knowledge to master selling skills
- Comply with all operational and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service expertise and proven ability to engage clients
- Fashion acumen with genuine passion for sales and style

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of professional retail experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in a client-facing, sales-driven environment with track record of exceeding targets.
