Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain expertise in brand and product offerings to enhance client consultations
- Execute masterful selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs across all categories
- Act as brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
- Capture and leverage customer data to build long-term client relationships through proactive engagement
- Deliver superlative pre- and post-sale customer service to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Organize and participate in in-store and promotional events, including community outreach initiatives
- Ensure effective management of stock, backroom operations, and merchandise receiving/transfers

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
