Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business results
- Develop and maintain comprehensive brand and product knowledge, staying current with seasonal collections and product innovations
- Master advanced selling techniques to identify and satisfy diverse customer needs across all product categories
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, peers, and management through exceptional communication and professionalism
- Deliver superlative customer service that exceeds expectations, ensuring adherence to the Retail Excellence Program standards
- Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate relationships with new customers and VIP clientele, building long-term brand loyalty

- Participate in the planning and execution of in-store promotions and community outreach events

- Ensure stock, backroom, and operational duties are effectively managed, including goods receiving, inventory transfers, stock takes, and reporting
- Maintain compliance with all operational and company policies and procedures
- Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company directives, participating actively in VM set-ups
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficient with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Ability to drive results through entrepreneurial energy and determination
- Well-developed networking abilities with a strong capacity to engage diverse clientele
- High-energy personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment
