Versace is hiring a Part‑time Sales Associate in Madrid (Serrano) to deliver luxury client experiences and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities across categories.
  • Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, acting as a brand ambassador for VIP and new clientele.
  • Capture and update customer data consistently; leverage CRM to cultivate repeat business and follow‑up after sales.
  • Support store business development by partnering with the management team to meet and exceed sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • Participate in in‑store and promotional events, and implement boutique community outreach to strengthen client engagement.
  • Maintain store standards for visual merchandising and presentation; assist with VM set‑ups as directed.
  • Execute operational duties including goods receiving, stock arrangement, transfers, stock counts and related reporting, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; previous luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
  • Proven customer service and selling ability with demonstrated clienteling skills.
  • Operational competence in merchandising, stock management and basic store administration.
  • Proficiency with retail sales systems and standard office software (Word, Excel, email).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging high‑net‑worth clients.

Experience
