Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and upholding the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Prospect, capture and maintain client data in the CRM; develop genuine relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs (daily, monthly, annual) including UPT and ATV.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales service, including follow-up calls, thank-you notes and coordination of repairs or maintenance.
  • Support all daily store operations: opening/closing registers, processing returns and exchanges, visual merchandising upkeep, and inventory tasks.
  • Manage consignments, assist with inventory accuracy and ensure seamless stock operations throughout the day.
  • Contribute to business development through in-store initiatives, contests and client events.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to foster strong partnerships and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a retail environment, preferably within luxury or specialty retail.
  • Proven track record in clientelling and relationship-based selling.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
  • Excellent multitasking ability while maintaining attention to operational detail.
  • Entrepreneurial, sales-focused personality with compelling interpersonal presence.

Experience
