Versace Sales Associate position at Harrods London. Deliver luxury fashion expertise and drive sales whilst building VIP client relationships in a full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new, existing, and VIP clients through effective communication and brand ambassadorship
- Master and continuously expand brand and product knowledge to deliver consultative selling and satisfy diverse customer needs
- Deliver superlative customer service and an elevated shopping experience both during and after the point of sale
- Capture customer data systematically and proactively maintain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement
- Manage stock, backroom operations, and inventory procedures including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock takes, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and participate in VM installations
- Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events whilst implementing the boutique's community outreach program
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff members
- Ensure compliance with operational and company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Proficiency in retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email applications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for fashion and demonstrated expertise in luxury goods
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of direct retail experience, with luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and maintaining high service standards in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail management, or related fields is beneficial but not essential.
