Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets
- Cultivate extensive brand and product knowledge across the collection
- Master advanced selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs
- Maximize sales opportunities across all product categories
- Embrace and champion the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
- Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through clear communication

- Serve as a brand ambassador to develop relationships with new and VIP clientele

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in the luxury sector
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced customer service aptitude with demonstrated sales expertise
- Strong interpersonal abilities and ability to engage effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to drive results
