Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and VIP clientele, acting as a brand ambassador to increase loyalty and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve and exceed sales targets across categories through proactive selling and up‑selling.
  • Capture and update customer data consistently; use CRM activity to nurture long‑term client relationships and support post‑sale service.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of in‑store and promotional events and community outreach initiatives to grow the boutique’s client base.
  • Ensure operational excellence: manage stock and backroom activities (goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, arrangement and reporting) in compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives and assist with VM set‑ups.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering elevated customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a high‑net‑worth clientele.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results and build client networks.
  • Energetic, outgoing demeanor able to thrive in a fast‑paced, fashion‑led environment.
