Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIPs, to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
  • Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience before, during and after the sale.
  • Capture and update customer data in the CRM; execute clienteling activities and follow-up.
  • Participate in in-store and promotional events and support boutique community outreach initiatives.
  • Support store operations: goods receiving, transfers, stock counts, stock arrangement and reporting.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and assist with VM set-up.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures and operational directives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop client relationships.
  • Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment.
  • High-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
  • Organisational capability to manage stock, backroom operations and basic reporting.

Experience
