Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and expert product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIPs, to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience before, during and after the sale.
- Capture and update customer data in the CRM; execute clienteling activities and follow-up.
- Participate in in-store and promotional events and support boutique community outreach initiatives.
- Support store operations: goods receiving, transfers, stock counts, stock arrangement and reporting.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards and assist with VM set-up.
- Comply with company policies, procedures and operational directives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to develop client relationships.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment.
- High-energy, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and a service mindset.
- Organisational capability to manage stock, backroom operations and basic reporting.

Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail is required; prior experience in luxury fashion or a high-end boutique setting is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in retail, sales or fashion are advantageous.
