Versace — Part-time Sales Associate in Las Rozas Village (Madrid). Seeking retail professional to drive sales, clienteling and deliver the Versace customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets in partnership with the Store Manager and broader management team.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships; act as brand ambassador to grow new and VIP clientele.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience at every touchpoint, driving loyalty through elevated in‑store and post‑sale service.
- Execute proactive clienteling and CRM activity: capture customer data, maintain client records and follow up to maximise lifetime value.
- Support organisation and delivery of in‑store promotional events and local community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising standards and assist with VM set‑ups as required.
- Manage operational duties including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement and stocktakes; ensure backroom is organised and compliant.
- Comply with company policies and operational procedures while promoting the Retail Excellence Program among clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail sales; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems and core office tools (Word, Excel and email).
- Proven selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and close sales across multiple categories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the capacity to engage high‑net‑worth clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven attitude and the ability to perform in a high‑pace environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience with demonstrable sales results; luxury retail background and experience with clienteling and CRM preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or vocational training in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
