Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets through proactive selling and client acquisition.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients, including VIP customers, through exceptional service and follow-up.
  • Maintain and deepen product and brand knowledge to advise customers and maximise conversion across all categories.
  • Capture and update customer data continuously and execute clienteling activities to foster repeat business.
  • Support the planning and execution of in-store and promotional events to grow the client base and activate CRM.
  • Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards and participate in VM set-ups.
  • Manage operational duties including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement and accurate reporting.
  • Comply with company policies and retail operational procedures to ensure store efficiency and loss prevention.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' retail experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proficiency operating a retail sales system and comfortable using Word, Excel and email.
  • Proven client-facing skills with a strong sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, well connected locally, high-energy and able to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrable clienteling, sales achievement and operational experience.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail or business is an asset.
