Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and VIP clientele to maximize repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets in partnership with the Store Director and management team.
  • Execute consultative selling across all product categories, tailoring recommendations to client needs and preferences.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data; proactively follow up to sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Support organisation and delivery of in-store promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain exemplary store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand directives; assist with VM set-ups.
  • Manage stockroom operations including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement and inventory counts while complying with company procedures.
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador to deliver the Versace customer experience before, during and after the sale.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven client-facing sales performance with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficient computer skills including operation of retail sales system, Word, Excel and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and polished interpersonal presence.
  • Capacity to maintain store standards for image, product and operations and to participate in visual merchandising activities.
