Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the boutique sales team on the shop floor, assisting clients with product selection and personalized service.
  • Shadow and assist store management with daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and sales reporting.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and upkeep of the sales floor to maintain brand presentation and display standards.
  • Assist with POS transactions, basic cash handling and accurate processing of sales and returns.
  • Participate in clienteling activities: build and maintain customer records, follow up on leads and appointments.
  • Help receive, unpack and organize incoming merchandise and perform stockroom rotation and inventory checks.
  • Provide administrative support for in-store events and seasonal campaigns as required.
  • Observe and learn best practices in luxury customer service, product knowledge and store KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or vocational program in fashion, retail, business, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Professional appearance, strong presentation skills and a genuine interest in luxury fashion.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-focused approach.
  • Availability to work full-time during the December–January period, including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Legal authorization to work in France for the duration of the internship.

Experience

Previous retail or other customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required; preference for candidates who have worked in fashion or luxury retail environments. Availability throughout the December and January period is essential.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed higher education (Bachelor or equivalent) in fashion, retail, business, marketing or a related field.
