Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager and sales team to meet and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships and VIP loyalty by delivering personalised, elevated customer experiences before, during and after the sale.
  • Capture and maintain customer data within the CRM; proactively follow up and nurture client relationships through personalised outreach.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotional activities to activate the boutique’s client community.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; assist with VM set-ups and seasonal floor moves.
  • Manage operational duties including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock arrangement and stocktakes, ensuring the backroom is organised and compliant.
  • Adopt and promote the Retail Excellence Program and act as a brand ambassador to extend Versace’s image to new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years’ retail experience; prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
  • Proficient with retail sales systems and comfortable using Word, Excel and email for daily operational tasks.
  • Demonstrable selling skills with a customer-centric approach and strong verbal and written communication.
  • Organised, high-energy persona able to thrive in a fast-paced boutique environment.
  • Preferred: entrepreneurial mindset, established local network and proven ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.

Experience
