Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experience and brand ambassadorship, actively promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
- Achieve client data capture targets and build genuine client relationships
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service, including thank you notes, follow-up communications, and product repair coordination
- Generate new client relationships whilst maintaining existing ones
- Process consignments, returns, and exchanges
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and events
- Advise clients on product fit and manage repair inquiries
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' retail experience, with luxury sector experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail and effective client management practices
- Computer proficiency including retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst multi-tasking effectively
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and entrepreneurial mindset
