Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, annual), Units Per Transaction (UPT), and Average Transaction Value (ATV) KPIs
- Capture and maintain client data, building comprehensive client profiles and engagement records
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through consultative selling, follow-up communication, thank-you correspondence, and product repair or maintenance coordination
- Support team efforts in prospecting and nurturing both new and existing client relationships
- Process inventory consignments, returns, exchanges, and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Advise clients on product fit, styling recommendations, and care instructions
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance services for client goods
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, sales contests, and client engagement events
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail operations and client engagement best practices
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email communications
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
