Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and drive business development
- Cultivate strong client relationships and act as brand ambassador to both new and VIP clientele
- Master product knowledge and selling techniques to identify and satisfy customer needs across all categories
- Capture and manage customer data proactively to maintain long-term client relationships and loyalty
- Organize and participate in in-store promotional events and boutique community outreach programs
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives
- Manage stock, backroom operations, and perform goods receiving, transferring, stock take, and stock arrangement

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word and Excel, and email platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
