Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace customer experience by building lasting relationships with clients and VIP clientele to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Partner with the store management team to achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories.
- Apply expert selling techniques and product knowledge to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; proactively manage follow-up and after-sales service.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store and promotional events and community outreach initiatives to grow the boutique’s client base.
- Ensure stockroom and inventory processes are executed correctly (goods receiving, transfers, stock counts, reporting) and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups and uphold the brand image.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures and the Retail Excellence Program in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and a commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and polished client-facing manner.
- High-energy, outgoing personality able to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Organisational skills to manage CRM follow-up, events and stockroom operations effectively.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in retail, commerce or a related field preferred.
