Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client acquisition.
- Deliver high‑standard customer service and personalised clienteling throughout the customer journey.
- Manage customer records and follow up with clients to maximise repeat business.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and management of store supplies.
- Implement and maintain store VMD (visual merchandising) to align with brand directives.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to legal and corporate policies and coordinate activities with other stores and the wider retail network.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail sales experience.
- Self‑starter with a proactive, target‑driven mindset.
- Experience in luxury brands or high‑end retail preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer‑centric orientation with strong service instincts.

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on retail or sales experience; prior exposure to luxury fashion retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or relevant certifications advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Fukasawa, Tokyo, Japan, with easy access to Tokyo.
