Versace is seeking a Sales Associate for its Düsseldorf Königsallee boutique to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities across all categories
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing brand and product knowledge development
- Act as brand ambassador to establish relationships with new customers and VIP clientele, delivering the ultimate Versace experience
- Capture and maintain customer data; proactively nurture long-term client relationships through CRM best practices
- Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events, implementing the boutique's community outreach program
- Ensure effective stock management and backroom operations, including goods receiving, transferring, stocktake, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards according to company directives; participate in VM set-up
- Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Computer skills including retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email proficiency
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Elevated customer service skills with genuine passion for fashion and sales
- Proven ability to drive results and thrive in a high-paced environment
