Versace Chicago Outlet hiring full-time Sales Associate. Luxury retail role reporting to GM, $27/hr, 2+ years experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Achieve client data capture targets to build and maintain a strong client database
- Create and cultivate genuine client relationships to drive key performance indicators including sales, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank-you correspondence, follow-up communications, product repair coordination, and maintenance support
- Generate new client relationships while actively maintaining existing client base
- Open and close consignments, process returns, and manage exchanges
- Provide product consultation and advise clients regarding garment fit and care
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management to build strong partnerships
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail operations and clienteling strategies
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with proficiency in multitasking
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and entrepreneurial, sales-focused mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum two years of experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance in a specialty retail setting and to cultivate meaningful client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
