Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador by providing exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Meet and exceed client data capture targets
- Build and nurture genuine client relationships to drive key performance indicators (sales, UPT, ATV)
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank-you communications, follow-up calls, and product repair coordination
- Support the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Open and close consignments
- Process returns and exchanges
- Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management
- Develop and drive business initiatives, contests, and events
- Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit and recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' experience in a retail environment with luxury experience preferred
- Full understanding of specialty retail clienteling practices
- Computer proficiency including retail point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities
- Positive, outgoing personality with high energy and sales-focused mentality

Experience
Minimum two years of experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service certification beneficial but not required.
