Versace Capri seeks a Sales Associate in Capri, Italy — client-facing luxury retail role focused on sales, CRM and store operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Store Manager and support achievement of store sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships; act as a brand ambassador for Versace to grow loyalty and VIP clientele.
  • Execute consultative selling across all product categories and convert opportunities to maximize sales performance.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in CRM; implement follow-up and after-sales service to drive repeat business.
  • Support planning and delivery of in-store and promotional events and community outreach initiatives to extend the boutique’s network.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups as directed.
  • Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts, backroom organisation and reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver elevated customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Commercially-minded with a results-driven, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with store team and management.

Experience
