Versace seeks a Sales Associate in Capri — drive luxury sales, manage CRM and deliver the Versace client experience in a high‑end boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients, cultivating VIP relationships and maximizing transaction value across all categories.
  • Deliver the Versace customer experience through consultative selling, product expertise and exceptional after‑sales service.
  • Capture and maintain accurate CRM data; proactively use customer information to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Support in-store events and promotional activities; participate in community outreach and clienteling initiatives to grow the boutique’s client base.
  • Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, stock transfers, stocktakes, backroom organisation and reporting to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; assist with VM set-ups according to company directives.
  • Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program among peers and clients; build strong partnerships with colleagues and management through effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury or premium fashion boutique experience preferred.
  • Proficient in retail sales systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel); regular use of email for client communication.
  • Proven selling skills with a track record of meeting targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and sustain relationships with high‑value clientele.
  • Energetic, outgoing and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong service orientation in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Experience

At least 2 years' experience in retail sales; prior experience in a luxury fashion boutique is preferred, with demonstrable success in client acquisition, clienteling and achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education or coursework in fashion, retail or business is desirable.
