Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience as a brand ambassador, promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (daily, monthly, annual), including UPT and ATV.
  • Capture and maintain client data; develop and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up and after-sales service (thank-you notes, calls, repair/maintenance follow-through).
  • Open/close consignments and process returns and exchanges accurately and in line with brand procedures.
  • Support generation of new client relationships through events, in-store initiatives and business-driving contests.
  • Advise clients on product fit and handling of repairs; collaborate with peers and management to maximize store performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' experience in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specialty retail clienteling and luxury service standards.
  • Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
  • Proven ability to multitask and perform in a high‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • High‑energy, outgoing and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sales orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience
