Role & Responsibilities
- Build and sustain relationships with customers and VIP clientele, acting as a brand ambassador to foster long-term loyalty
- Partner with the management team to strategically achieve sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities across all product categories
- Master selling skills and continuously enhance brand and product knowledge to satisfy customer needs effectively
- Deliver superlative customer service and execute the elevated Versace experience both during and after the sale
- Capture and manage customer data through the CRM system; proactively maintain relationships and organize in-store promotional events
- Ensure stock and backroom operations are effectively managed, including goods receiving, transferring, stock-taking, and reporting
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in accordance with company directives; participate in VM set-up activities
- Ensure compliance with all operational and company policies and procedures
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with clients and staff to reinforce brand positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Elevated customer service capabilities with demonstrable fashion expertise and sales passion
- Ability to build strong partnerships through effective communication with clients, peers, and management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in customer engagement, sales execution, and operational management within a fast-paced retail environment.
