Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace client experience through personalised service, expert product advice and impeccable after‑sales care to build customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to achieve and exceed sales targets across all categories.
- Proactively identify and convert sales opportunities, including upselling and cross‑category proposals tailored to client needs.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM; execute clienteling activities to develop long‑term relationships with VIP and new customers.
- Support organisation and execution of in‑store and promotional events to activate the boutique community and stimulate demand.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards according to brand directives; participate in VM set‑ups and seasonal floor moves.
- Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock takes and reporting to ensure backroom efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure loss prevention, compliance and a safe guest experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency operating a retail sales system and standard office applications (Word, Excel, email).
- Proven ability to achieve commercial targets and demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to sales.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a polished, client‑centric manner.
- High energy, outgoing personality with the ability to perform in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented boutique environment.

Experience
At least two years of retail experience is required; prior experience in a luxury boutique or premium brand environment is preferred, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building high‑value client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business, marketing or retail management is advantageous.
