Versace Sales Associate position in Austin, Texas. Luxury retail role requiring exceptional client service and sales achievement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional client experiences and promoting the Retail Excellence Program
- Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets and client data capture goals
- Build and foster genuine client relationships that drive core KPIs including sales, units per transaction (UPT), and average transaction value (ATV)
- Maintain client relationships through after-sales service including thank you notes, follow-up calls, and product repair coordination
- Support the team in generating new client relationships while nurturing existing client base
- Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers, and management to build strong partnerships
- Develop and execute business-driving initiatives, contests, and promotional events
- Advise clients on product fit, care, and maintenance while handling repair requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability to drive results
- Strong understanding of specialty retail and clientele management
- Computer proficiency including point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of professional retail experience, with preference given to candidates with background in luxury retail environments. Demonstrated success in sales, client relationship management, and team collaboration required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or business education a plus.
