Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience in accordance with the Retail Excellence program.
- Prospect, nurture and convert client relationships through clienteling, events and after‑sales follow up to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs (sales, UPT, ATV) on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data to support CRM and targeted outreach initiatives.
- Manage retail transactions and store processes including opening/closing consignments, processing returns and exchanges, and facilitating repairs.
- Develop and execute in-store activations, contests and events to generate new business and enhance brand presence.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and management to support store objectives and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment; luxury or specialty retail experience preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with retail operations including returns, consignments and basic product care guidance.

Experience
At least 2 years of retail sales experience is required; previous experience in luxury or specialty retail and demonstrable clienteling/results-driven sales history is strongly preferred.
