Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program to clients and colleagues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and other core KPIs.
- Capture and maintain client data; proactively develop and sustain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, thank-you communications and after-sales service.
- Support acquisition of new clients while cultivating existing clientele through clienteling activities and events.
- Plan and execute business-driving initiatives, contests and client events.
- Process transactions including consignments, returns and exchanges; handle product repairs and advise clients on fit and care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to ensure a cohesive store operation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a retail environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of specialty retail and clienteling best practices.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with a diverse luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to multitask and perform in a high-paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years in a retail environment with direct sales responsibility; prior experience in luxury retail or premium brands strongly preferred.
