Sales Associate position at Versace Amsterdam. Part-time luxury retail role building client relationships and driving sales across all categories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve sales targets and increase brand and product knowledge
- Master selling techniques to satisfy customer needs and maximize sales opportunities across all categories
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and team members
- Build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management through effective communication and act as a brand ambassador to VIP clientele
- Ensure superlative customer service standards and deliver the elevated Versace experience to increase customer loyalty
- Capture and maintain customer data proactively to build long-term relationships
- Participate in the organization of in-store and promotional events and manage the boutique's community outreach program
- Manage stock, backroom operations, and perform goods receiving, transferring, stock takes, and reporting duties
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained according to company directives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Computer proficiency including retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Elevated customer service expertise with demonstrable fashion knowledge and passion for sales
