Versace Amsterdam is hiring a part-time Sales Associate—join the boutique team in Amsterdam to deliver luxury client experiences and drive sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to maximise sales, repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Work with store management to achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets across all categories.
- Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised styling and post-sale service.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the CRM; proactively execute clienteling activities and follow-up communications.
- Support in-store events and promotional initiatives, contributing to community outreach and VIP engagement programmes.
- Ensure back-of-house operations are maintained (goods receiving, transfers, stock counts and reporting) and support inventory accuracy.
- Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising directives; participate in VM set-ups and maintenance.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to ensure compliance and retail excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' retail experience; luxury retail exposure preferred.
- Proficient with retail sales systems and comfortable using Word, Excel and email for daily operations and reporting.
- Demonstrable selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage high‑net‑worth and VIP clientele.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and the legal right to work in the Netherlands.

Experience
At least two years of retail experience; prior experience in a luxury or premium fashion environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion, retail or a related discipline is an advantage.
