Versace Vancouver Outlet seeks a Retail Sales Associate in Vancouver, BC. Full‑time role focused on clienteling and exceeding sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, personalised client experience and promoting the Retail Excellence Program.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and core KPIs including UPT and ATV.
- Build and sustain genuine client relationships through proactive clienteling, after‑sales follow up (thank‑you notes, calls) and management of repairs/maintenance.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and contribute to prospecting new clients while nurturing existing clientele.
- Operate retail transactions: open/close consignments, process returns and exchanges, and manage repairs workflow.
- Collaborate with store management to develop business-driving initiatives, in-store events and sales contests.
- Communicate effectively with clients, peers and management to support a high-performance retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of specialty retail clienteling and KPI-driven selling (UPT, ATV).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and to develop long‑term client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, outgoing, entrepreneurial and sales-focused disposition.
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems and basic office applications (Word, Excel, email).

Experience
Minimum of two years’ experience in a retail environment with demonstrable success in sales; experience in luxury fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, retail, business or related field preferred.
