Versace in Serravalle Scrivia seeks a part-time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales in the outlet boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager and contribute to achieving store sales targets through proactive selling and client development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers, VIP clients and local clientele to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Deliver the Versace client experience by providing elevated service both during and after the point of sale.
- Capture and update customer data consistently; execute follow-up and retention activities to sustain long-term client relationships.
- Support boutique marketing and community outreach initiatives, including in-store and promotional events.
- Manage back-of-house operations: goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock takes and reporting to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups and ensure compliance with brand directives.
- Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to preserve brand integrity and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and convert client relationships into revenue.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse, international clientele.
- Professional, high-energy demeanour and a customer-centric approach.
- Basic IT literacy including operation of a retail sales system and standard office applications.
Skills
Experience
At least 2+ years in retail sales, preferably within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrable results in client development and sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or visual merchandising is advantageous.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Serravalle Scrivia, Piedmont, Italy, with easy access to Genoa.
