Role & Responsibilities
- Drive boutique sales and collaborate with the Store Manager and management team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships, acting as a brand ambassador for VIP and new clientele.
- Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience through consultative selling, after‑sales service and personalised clienteling.
- Consistently capture and maintain customer data in the CRM and proactively use insights to grow business and repeat visits.
- Support and participate in in‑store events and promotional activities to activate the boutique’s community and VIP program.
- Ensure operational excellence: manage stockroom logistics (goods receiving, transfers, stock counts), adhere to company procedures and complete reporting duties.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards, and contribute to VM set‑ups as directed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; boutique or luxury background strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating a retail sales system and competency with Word, Excel and email.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and to prospect for new VIP clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer-facing setting.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial attitude with a demonstrable focus on achieving results in a fast‑paced luxury environment.

Experience
At least 2 years of hands-on retail experience with a record of meeting sales objectives; prior experience in luxury fashion boutiques and clienteling is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificated retail/fashion education preferred but not required.
