Versace Munich is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver VIP service, drive sales and maintain boutique standards in Munich.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by proactively identifying and converting sales opportunities across all product categories to meet and exceed store targets.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and VIP customers, acting as a brand ambassador to increase loyalty and lifetime value.
- Deliver the Versace customer experience through expert product knowledge, personalised service and advanced selling techniques.
- Capture and maintain accurate client data in the CRM; support post‑sale follow up and clienteling activities.
- Support organisation and delivery of in‑store and promotional events to engage the boutique’s client community.
- Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meet company standards and participate in VM set‑ups.
- Manage operational duties including goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts and backroom organisation, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with peers and store management to implement the Retail Excellence Program and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proficiency in operating a retail sales system and confident use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
- Proven ability to deliver elevated customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a high‑energy, client‑centric disposition.
Skills
Experience
At least 2 years' experience in retail sales, ideally within the luxury or premium fashion sector, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or retail/commercial qualifications advantageous.
