Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with management to strategically achieve and exceed sales targets across all product categories
- Master consultative selling techniques to understand and satisfy diverse customer needs
- Serve as brand ambassador, building and nurturing relationships with new customers and VIP clientele
- Capture and manage customer data proactively to maintain long-term relationships and drive repeat business
- Embrace and promote the Retail Excellence Program with both clients and colleagues
- Execute superior pre- and post-sale customer service to deliver elevated Versace experience and increase loyalty
- Participate in the organization and execution of in-store promotional events and community outreach initiatives

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience, with luxury retail experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with retail sales systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Elevated customer service skills with a demonstrated passion for fashion and sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong ability to build and maintain meaningful client partnerships through effective engagement
- Results-oriented mindset with proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets
