Versace seeks a Sales Associate in London to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Store Manager and partner with the management team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver an elevated Versace customer experience; build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers.
- Develop and maintain in-depth product and brand knowledge to optimise selling opportunities across all categories.
- Use consultative selling techniques to satisfy customer needs and maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer data within CRM systems; proactively follow up to cultivate repeat business.
- Support and deploy the Retail Excellence Program and boutique community initiatives, including organising in-store and promotional events.
- Maintain operational standards: manage stock and backroom activities (goods receiving, transfers, stock takes, arrangement, reporting).
- Ensure boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld and contribute to VM setups.
- Adhere to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in retail; previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficient with retail sales systems and basic office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel) and email.
- Demonstrable ability to build client relationships and work collaboratively with peers and management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer-service orientation.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a retail environment; experience in luxury fashion retail or outlet retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or accredited courses in retail, sales or luxury fashion preferred.
