Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Versace customer experience by building long-term relationships with clients, including VIP and prospective clientele.
  • Partner with store leadership to achieve and exceed sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-category conversion.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM and use insights to drive repeat business and personalized service.
  • Proactively prospect, invite and manage client appointments and participate in boutique events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and overall store image in line with brand directives.
  • Manage operational tasks including goods receiving, transfers, stock arrangement, stock takes and daily reporting.
  • Support the boutique’s community outreach and after-sales programmes to foster client loyalty and retention.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies, loss-prevention procedures and cash-handling protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ retail experience; prior experience within the luxury sector preferred.
  • Proficiency in retail point‑of‑sale/retail sales systems and competency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and email.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a consultative sales approach.

Experience

At least two years of hands‑on retail experience, with a preference for candidates who have worked within luxury fashion or premium retail environments and who can demonstrate consistent sales performance and client development.

Education

Secondary education (high school) required; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion, sales or hospitality is advantageous.
