Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the Versace customer experience by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, including VIP customers, to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Partner with store management to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, category penetration and executed selling techniques.
- Maintain and utilise CRM to capture client data, follow up on leads, and coordinate in‑store and promotional events to expand the boutique’s client community.
- Execute daily operational duties — goods receiving, stock transfers, stock counts and backroom organisation — ensuring accurate inventory and reporting.
- Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising standards; participate in VM set-ups and ensure the boutique reflects brand image and directives.
- Act as a brand ambassador during and after the point of sale, providing personalised service and aftercare to maximise customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ retail experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with retail sales systems and basic office applications (Word, Excel) and email communication.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills with a track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished interpersonal presence and a client-centric mindset.
- Preferred: entrepreneurial drive, strong local networks, high energy and the ability to perform in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Experience
At least two years of direct retail experience, with preference given to candidates with luxury or premium boutique backgrounds and proven sales results.
