Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by delivering an exceptional, highly personalised client experience in accordance with the Retail Excellence Program.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets (daily, monthly, annual) and core KPIs such as UPT and ATV.
- Develop, maintain and grow client relationships through proactive clienteling, in-store events and follow-up after-sales service (thank-you notes, calls, repairs coordination).
- Capture and maintain accurate client data and CRM records to support long-term business development.
- Operate the point-of-sale system to process sales, returns, exchanges, consignments and related transactions.
- Support in-store initiatives, contests and events to drive traffic and conversion.
- Advise clients on product fit and care, and manage customer repair requests and product maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and management to sustain a unified sales floor and achieve collective targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of retail experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and clienteling KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Proficiency operating a retail point of sale system and using Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven retail environment and managing multiple priorities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment with demonstrable achievement against sales targets and clienteling objectives; prior luxury or specialty retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred but not required.
